Tweet links easily using Tweetie for iPhone

Want to quickly tweet links whilst browsing on your iPhone?

Find out how with Tweetie for iPhone using these 5 easy steps.

  1. Get the bookmarklet

    2. First up you need to head over to the atebits website using the link below and grab the Post with Tweetie bookmarklet by dragging it to your bookmarks bar in your browser.

  2. Sync your iPhone

    3. Sync your iPhone using iTunes so that  you can access the Post with Tweetie bookmarklet on your phone.

  3. Find a tweetworthy link

    4. Fire up Safari on your iPhone and browse to a link you’d like to tweet.

  4. Hit the bookmarklet

    5. Open your Bookmarks in Safari and select Post with Tweetie

  5. Tweet!

    6. Tweetie will launch and shorten the URL automatically.

    Add the rest of your tweet and send it on its way.

    I have tried this and can get it to work but the URL is not shortened? Any ideas – I have reinstalled Tweetie 2 etc.
